Delete your data

Progress on your device

Open Settings → Reset all progress in Hex. This erases your stars, scores, coins, boosters and settings on that device. Deleting the app also removes it.

Your online account

If you used online features (cloud save, leaderboards, friends), open Settings → Delete account. This deletes your player account, cloud save, friends and leaderboard entries from our servers right away.

You can also email support@theyardapps.com from any address and ask us to delete your account. Include your friend code (Stats → Friends) so we can find it. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. Deleting your Hex data does not cancel a subscription; cancel Hex Plus in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

Sign in is coming with online play.

Until then you play as a guest: your progress and Hex Coins are saved in this browser, and your coins keep adding up as you play. Signing in lets you spend them and use boosters, and keeps them safe on every device.
